LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

At Gold Rose London®, we take pride in the craftsmanship, materials, and enduring quality of our 24-karat gold-dipped real roses.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Gold Roses purchased through our official website, under normal conditions of care, display, and storage.

This lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the gold-dipping process and the structural integrity of the rose.

Lifetime Warranty Conditions (24K Gold Rose)

To be eligible for a lifetime warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Gold Rose must be handled, displayed, and stored appropriately as a decorative or collectible item.
  • The item must not have been exposed to force, pressure, impact, moisture, chemicals, or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Any alteration, modification, misuse, or unauthorized handling will void the warranty.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, crushing, bending, or physical impact.
  • Exposure to water, humidity, perfumes, cleaning agents, or chemicals.
  • Improper storage or display conditions.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party handling.

WARRANTY FOR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS WITH CROCODILE LEATHER

Certain custom-made or limited-edition Gold Rose London® products may include bases, boxes, or presentation elements crafted from genuine, certified crocodile leather.

Due to the natural characteristics of exotic leather, crocodile leather components are not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Instead, crocodile leather elements are covered by a limited warranty of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, under normal conditions of display, storage, and care.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects related to stitching, structure, and leather finishing.

Crocodile Leather Warranty Conditions

To remain eligible for the ten-year limited warranty:

  • Crocodile leather components must be used strictly as display or presentation elements.
  • The item must be kept in a controlled, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, humidity, or moisture.
  • The leather must not be exposed to water, liquids, perfumes, oils, cleaning products, or chemicals.
  • Natural variations in texture, grain, tone, or patina that develop over time are inherent characteristics of genuine crocodile leather and are not considered defects.
  • Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized third-party handling will void the warranty.

Important Notice on Exotic Materials

Crocodile leather is a natural, premium material, and subtle changes over time reflect its authenticity and exclusivity. These characteristics do not affect the structural integrity of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.
